28 January 2016: Cumbria Fire & Rescue train 15,000 life-savers

Cumbria fire and rescue service have been working alongside the North West Ambulance Service and are in the process of placing a public access defibrillator on every fire station in Cumbria.  If an AED is already nearby, then they find a new home nearby.

The fire service continue to deliver 'Heartstart' courses on behalf of NW Ambulance Service and have trained over 15000 people in the last two years.
